National Park Centre Molln: A House Made from Wood and Glass

Austria’s biggest wooden house is the service centre for hikers, cyclists, horse-riders and admirers of nature in the Limestone Alps National Park.  This modern atrium construction in the national park municipality of Molln impresses by its transparency and multi-functionality.

The “Secret Waters“ Exhibition

Entrance fee: Adults € 4.36 (guided tour 2.18), pupils € 1.82 (guided tour 1.10).
Dive into the hidden worlds of springs, set out on a journey to the beginning of time, and discover the secrets of life in the element of water.  Be carried off to the realm of water myths, and listen to the tales and music of water. 
 
How to get there:
by train/bus
Take the train to Kirchdorf/Krems or Steyr, then continue by bus to Molln
 
by car
From Linz: follow motorway A9 to exit Steyrtal (Klaus an der Pyhrnbahn) – highway B140 to Molln
From Steyr: highway B140 to Molln
